Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged during shipping, you receive the wrong item, or more than 7 business days have passed beyond your estimated shipping time without notice, so that we can evaluate and address these issues.  

Excellent customer service is our #1 priority. If you have a concern about a product furnished by Proud Rabbit, we will try to make it right. Even if an item you have purchased from one of our manufacturers does not qualify for refund or return, if it has not met your expectations, we still need to know.

Please review the policies below prior to initiating a refund or return.

To start a return, you must contact info@proudrabbit.net: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. To return an item, you must have a copy of your invoice with the item(s) you are returning and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Standard Return Window:  We have a standard 30-day return policy on most items unless otherwise noted on the product page, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return.  Some manufactures have limited return times on certain items and will be noted on the product page. Please see additional information for FINE JEWELRY RETURNS. 

Return Shipping:  All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer.  Make sure to keep your return shipping receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Manufacturer. Manufacturer is not responsible for items lost or damaged while en route back to us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds:  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will process a refund on your original payment method, minus any fees, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@proudrabbit.net.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), or personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  Unless your item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, we do not accept returns or refund items sold under SALE or CLEARANCE, as these are considered "Final Sale". 

Cancellations & Cancellation FeesIf approved, we will process a cancellation refund on your original payment method, minus any fees, within 10 business days. Cancellations will be processed only when all of the following requirements are met:

  • Purchaser gives notice of cancellation in writing within 48 hours of order placement.
  • Orders cancelled within 48 hours of order placement will be charged for any payment processing fees incurred by the seller on the original purchase deducted from their total refund, dependent upon the payment processing service used by the buyer, but no less than 2.9% of the original purchase price
  • Orders cancelled more than 48 hours after order placement will also be charged a 30% restocking fee that will be deducted from the total refund
  • Supplier has not created a shipping label. If a shipping label has been prepared by the seller, the buyer will have the shipping fees deducted from their refund
  • The supplier has not fulfilled the order. If the order has been fulfilled, refer to the return policy for instructions on returns.  Examples of cancellation and refunds can be found at the end of the entire refund policy

FINE JEWELRY WARRANTY & RETURNS

FINE JEWELRY WARRANTY

Product Excellence Guarantee: Every FINE JEWELRY product you buy from us must be free of defects or you may return it immediately for credit or replacement.  Fine jewelry is designated as such on the product page. All jewelry under this policy is genuine, authentic and of consistent high quality and value. We have attempted to represent the appearance of our jewelry on our website as close to reality as possible. Keep in mind that different computer monitors may show variations of product colors and details. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@proudrabbit.net

MANUFACTURER DEFECTS:  All Jewelry items are covered by a 3-month warranty for manufacturer defects plus the labor required to repair them. We cannot warranty any stones that we did not furnish. Warranty is valid only for repairs performed by the manufacturer. Improper repair or alteration services performed by someone other than manufacturer will VOID this warranty.  Please be aware that our 3-month warranty only covers manufacturer’s defects. It does not cover the following:

  • General wear and tear such as scratches, dents, nicks or missing/lost stones.
  • Damage, accidental or otherwise, to the item while in the possession of the consumer not caused by a defect in material or workmanship.
  • Fading/chipping of the material on the product (which depends almost entirely on how you handle the product).
  • Lost or stolen parts.
  • Damage due to personal misuse or negligence.
  • Although our jewelry is resistant to moisture, water damage is not covered.

Disclaimer:  Manufacturer disclaims any liability for consequential or accidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty of items, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation will not apply to you. Warranty is valid only in the USA. 

Ring Sizing:  Manufacturer will gladly re-size a ring purchased from us for up to 1 month from purchase date for a nominal fee paid by the customer. You will be responsible for any shipping charges related to re-sizing.  Re-sizing takes approximately 14 business days.  Eternity Rings cannot be re-sized. Eternity rings incorrectly ordered in the wrong size does not fall under warranty. If you decide to return an eternity ring that does not fit, you will be charged a 30% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund, and the return must be initiated within the 30 day return window.

Stone Replacement:  We will replace a missing diamond or gemstone on certain jewelry for up to 3 months after purchase, FREE of charge. This warranty excludes any jewelry merchandise that has lost a single diamond or gemstone with a total weight of 0.12 carat or larger.

FINE JEWELRY RETURNS

If for any reason you wish to return your merchandise, we will refund, replace, or exchange item(s) within 30 days of delivery date, with the exception of loose diamonds, which carry a 3 day return policy from the delivery date. Special orders, such as custom mountings or jewelry pieces that were requested but are not specifically shown on our website, are non-cancelable and non-refundable.  There will be a 30% restocking fee subtracted from approved refunds.

To return an item: You must have a copy of your invoice/receipt with the item(s) you are returning. All ORIGINAL diamond certificates (where applicable) and a copy of the original invoice must be included with the package  Any package missing the original certificate(s) will be charged a fee of $300.00 per original certificate with no exceptions. 

Condition: All returned items must be unworn and undamaged in the original boxes along with the original certificates where applicable. There should be no scratches or marks on the item and no sign of wear; the product should not have been altered in any way. Any items that are received that have been worn, damaged, or altered will not be refundable. 

For your protection, we advise that you insure the package for the full amount of the items you are returning plus shipping charges. Manufacturer is not responsible for any packages it does not receive, or returns not submitted in accordance with these guidelines. On your original invoice, if the price of the item you are returning is listed as:

  • LESS THAN $500: You can use any carrier to ship your return package. 
  • MORE THAN $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500)
